It's a shopper's paradise!

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

During my stay in this hotel, I had a wonderful experience. The location was superb, being close to the bustling Mong Kok area. It was convenient as the metro station was just a short walk away, allowing easy access to fairs and other attractions. Additionally, the hotel was situated near a shopping center, making it ideal for avid shoppers like myself. The room was comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff assisting us throughout our stay. Moreover, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel provided a satisfying experience for my stay in Hong Kong, except for the lack of free Wi-Fi in rooms.

The hotel is in need of renovation, with old and musty carpets and small bathrooms. Ongoing renovations can be noisy and disruptive, starting as early as 9am.

During our stay at the Imperial, we were impressed by the convenient location, just a short walk from busy shopping centers and attractions like the space museum and harbor. The staff were friendly, always ready to assist, and even had good knowledge of multiple languages. Our room was comfortable and provided a nice view, as requested. Although there were some minor drawbacks such as a slow lift and no free Wi-Fi in the room, overall I would recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the MTR, subway station, and the famous Harbour City. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Paul. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were impressed with the daily cleaning of our room and the prompt room service. The free water replacement and plug adaptor provided by the hotel were thoughtful additions. the best aspect was the amazing location, making it convenient for us to explore the city and visit nearby markets and attractions.
